DJ Devastate

Beatnik Exclusive: DJ Devastate – The Floor (Funk/Fusion Mix)

Beatnik takes great pride in housing new music. That’s why we are more than excited to bring you DJ Devastate’s third and final instalment of The Movement Mixes. Part three of these deeply moving mixes takes us to The Floor. So rather than lounging (The Couch) or chopping it up over drinks (The Bar), we are in for some serious dancefloor engagement on this one.

DJ Devastate is a hiphop producer from southern Sweden with an affinity for analogue sounds, funk and gritty breaks. His debut album Movement / Silence, an atmospheric journey into the obscure sounds of funk fusion, was released on BBE Music last year. He has collaborated with countless international acts, including Masta Ace, Kut Masta Kurt and Maylay Sparks, to name a few.
