ChromadaData, or Ian Jones as he’s known to his mother, is a 18 year old musician/beatmaker from Kansas City with a big jukebox in his heart for vintage soul.
Whether using gorgeous breaks and sample treats from his digging days out or dabbling with electro-funk, its a fascination he also brings to his wide ranging music.
“This is just a mix of soul records I throw on when i’m making coffee in the morning, or anytime i’m in the kitchen makin’ food. These are all songs i’ve acquired by diggin’ crates, so I thought it would be proper to just spin the records from where I first heard these songs. These are some of my favorite soul joints. Enjoy!”
