  Brother Ali looks like he eats a lot of food, full stop. Ali is big; not fat, just staunch, with broad shoulders and an imposing presence. Wearing sunglasses and a dark blue jumper, he’s perched on one of the benches outside Cargo, ahead of his evening gig. Soft spoken and unfailingly polite, he chooses his words carefully as preaches to Beatnik about life and the new album.
